The Industry Marketplace provides an amazing opportunity for you to connect with agents and brokers.  Companies  can purchase a table at the Industry Marketplace to educate agency staff about their products and help your sales force Build...Grow...Thrive.

How Has it Changed?
We have modernized the format of a traditional trade show to create a more relaxed environment to network. Instead of a separate trade show room detached from the rest of the conference,  our Industry Marketplace is immersed in all parts of the conference events on Thursday - education classes, meals, breaks, reception - so you will have more access to producers at your table.  All conference events will be in the same ballroom on Thursday - including almost all of the exhibit tables. 

We have restructured the entire conference to make it more interactive and fast-paced for all attendees. We have a good mix of presentations as well as short demonstrations from successful agents on sales/marketing, agency operations, human capital, technology - followed by round table discussions. You are encouraged to participate in the training/discussions as well as our Industry Marketplace exhibits. 

Scheduling for Exhibit Table Time on Thursday - 5.5 Hours of Dedicated Time
  • 7:00 - 8:30 am Exhibit Table setup
  • 8:30 - 9:30 am Breakfast with exhibit tables
  • 11:45 am - 1:00 pm Lunch with exhibit tables
  • 2:00 - 2:15 pm Break with exhibit tables
  • 4:00 - 7:00 pm Reception and dinner with exhibit tables (retail agents can attend for free)

Pricing
Exhibit tables include one 6 foot draped table, 2 chairs and one full conference registration for all three days.   Additional staff will need to register separately (see below). IIABW members get a $200 discount on their exhibit tables. If you are not an IIABW member, we encourage you to join to get all the benefits of membership. 

IIABW Member: $1,000  |  Non-Member: $1,200  |  Electricity Add-On: $85

*Unlike past Trade Shows, there will be no pipe and drape on the side or behind your table.  This will open up the room. Keep this in mind when you choose your table location.  (tables 17-24 and 33-40 will have no backs to them). When you register, click on the link next to table selection for the exhibitor floor plan.    If the number of your booth choice is not listed in the drop down field,  it has been already reserved.   If you have any questions, please contact Suzanne at 425-336-0461 or sarnett@wainsurance.org.
